Terms and Conditions
A $50 per person deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the final balance due 45 days before scheduled arrival. For bookings made less than 45-35 days before scheduled arrival, full payment is due at time of booking. If your travel dates fall within 12/15 - 01/05 your final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. The e-mail confirmation you receive after you confirm your booking will notify you of your final due date. All totals and payments are in US$'s, guests are responsible to pay international exchange fees and international transaction fees, charged by your credit card company when applicable. No phone orders will be taken for less than $400.00, these reservation must be done online only.
Cancellations & Changes:
Any cancellation is subject to a $50 penalty per room, PLUS the applicable hotel/condo penalties. Most hotel penalties are as follows: any cancellation or change inside 4 days of arrival, no-shows or early check-outs will be charged 2 nights plus tax. *Special cancellation terms apply for holiday dates (Dec 15 - Jan 5), penalty can be up to lose all nights if cancelled within 30 days of arrival. Call or e-mail for specific terms for your travel dates. Travel Insurance highly recommended, call or e-mail for details. Changes are done at no charge as long as the changes are done outside of the hotel penalty date, generally changes can be done up to 4 days prior. Refunds are processed as quickly as possible, however, it can take up to 2 weeks for the refund to be posted back to your credit card.
Security and Privacy:
Your booking request and credit card information can be submitted via our online encrypted and secure web pages, or by phone. We are A+ members of the Better Business Bureau, Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau, and are licensed by the State of Hawaii. We respect your privacy and never provide your information to others and do not send unsolicited e-mail.
Limitation of Liability and Responsibility:
Blue Hawaii Vacations, Inc. acts solely AS THE AGENT in providing and arranging all services contracted for your reservation. Customer hereby agrees that Blue Hawaii Vacations, Inc. shall not be responsible for injury to person or property from any cause nor for breach of contract, tort, consequential damages, punitive damages, incidental damages or indirect damages in connection with the goods or services provided by one of our wholesaler partners including but not limited to the provider of hotel/condominium accommodations. In the event the service provider cannot provide the services outlined in your reservation the service provider will exercise efforts to provide comparable services. By booking with Blue Hawaii Vacations you acknowledge that in any event Blue Hawaii Vacations will not be liable for any consequential damages, and the extent of Blue Hawaii Vacations liability shall never exceed the amount you actually paid to Blue Hawaii Vacations or one of its wholesale providers.
Blue Hawaii Vacations has no control over how specific rooms are assigned: although we will communicate your requests to the hotel reservation department. Blue Hawaii Vacations cannot guarantee any request for type of bedding, smoking preference, floor, etc. Customer agrees to seek redress or remedies directly with resort and not hold Blue Hawaii Vacations liable. Customers are required to pay resorts directly surcharges such as resort fees, parking fees, gratuities, and incedentals upon departure from the Resort. In the event of an over booking of reservations by a resort. Blue Hawaii will work with the resort to secure the same or superior accommodations. Customer agrees to seek redress or remedies directly with the resort and not hold Blue Hawaii Vacations liable.
