I just wanted to send you a short note to let you know of the outstanding service that Susan Singhaus provided to my wife and I in planning and scheduling our vacation to Hawaii this coming fall to celebrate our anniversary. I had initially used a local travel agent here in Manassas, and was not pleased at all. In fact I eventually made two hotel reservations and all of my rental car reservations myself. After talking to Susan we changed hotel reservations for our stays on Oahu and the Big Island. Susan was able to make valuable suggestions to each of these stops during our Hawaiian stay, as well as finding a better deal for our hotel in Waikaloa. She also provided excellent suggestions for some activities. She is a credit to your company. I will definitely recommend your company to any family member or friend who may want to visit Hawaii in the future.

I followed your advice and told them it was our 50th wedding anniversary and they upgraded us to the Lagoon Tower with a full Ocean View. Just wanted to say Mahalo for the awesome time we had at the Ihilani resort. We had a very nice room with a gorgeous view. We were especially impressed with the orchid lei greeting we received at 2am when our plane landed! We got stuck in the worldwide computer crash of United airlines on June 17, and spent 5 hours in the San Francisco airport before we took off for our vacation. I never expected the company to send a rep out at that late hour! I was really surprised and happy. Thank-you very much!
